I had my computer repaired in London Chinatown

I bought my computer in London, a PC World store near Commercial Way station. It is Philips computer, I like it very much. I bought it in April in 2008, so by now, I spent one year with it. But a quarter of the time it was broken. I was thinking change to another one, but this may cost me 300 pounds plus, if I repair it that will cost me 110 pounds. Which one is better? A new one? Repair it?

I decided finally to have it repaired. I just want to tell the students who are currently living in London that if you want to repair your computer, first call the customer service if you got your computer in the UK. If not, you can go to Chinatown, there is a repair store named 王军电脑维修中心. I compared several stores around Chinatown, the first one asked for 180 pounds, the second one asked for 190 pounds. I recommend 王军电脑维修中心, because they just asked for 120 pounds at beginning.

As to the quality of their service, I will give them 70%.First, I should tell you the problem of my computer. My computer's screen was broken, therefore it needed a new screen. After they changed the screen, I can not say that was just like before. The new screen looks a little dark, not as good as the originate one, but I have no choice, I have to change it.

So here are some recommendation for computer user:
1. Don't break your computer, you should treat it like you treat your pet.
2. If your computer need to be repaired, you had better to go to customer service first.
3. If you really need a repair store, don't do it in a hurry, compare the price of each store, and they decide.
