People may wonder why I don't look for a job. First of all, I will say, I am not ready for it. I applied this internship in January, and I got an interview form gift-tours.com.I am now working for Studios92.com, I feel very good. My internship started on 19th of February, 2009. Studios92.com aims to help travellers handle their accomodations, provide them a huge range of hotels. For the whole week, I got many assignments to do, and I enjoy it very much. The main thing I do everyday is to optimize the website, what I do can make a website more active. When Dino, my boss, send us the message telling us that www.traveltips.addhotel.com is more popular now because of our work, I feel so happy.
However, sometimes I feel I am so weak in my team. I currently haven't got my own project to do although I have been in Stadios92.com for a week. I feel nervous sometime, maybe that is my pressure. But I know, if I want to improve, to catch up with others, pressure is a good thing.
I already improved, for example, before I start this internship, I don't know what is SEO and SMO, I don't know there is a software called Quanta Plus, but now I know, there is a kind of working system called flexiable hours. One week is just a short period, I obtained a lot from studios92.com.
Second, internship is a good way for international students to improve their English. I write everything in English in Studios92.com, that is the best way to improve my writing skill.
Now, I still have 120 days left. I hope I can gain more form my internship, I will keep up a good work, cause this internship is a precious opportunity for me to change my personality. It will teach me how I can improve communication skill.
No matter how hard it is, I will tell myself:"Go Go, Haoli"
